CLI

Install the 1db command line.

The CLI wraps the 1db REST API for creating resources from scripts, terminals, CI, and agent workflows.

CLI environment

`ONE_DB_API_KEY`	Tenant API key used as a Bearer token.
`ONE_DB_API_URL`	Optional API base URL. Defaults to `https://1db.io`.

Project Cognition API

Persistent execution continuity for projects.

Project Cognition stores versioned operating context that agents can retrieve before they begin work in a repository, workspace, tenant, environment, or domain.
